Hi my dear readers. I’m very sorry for not updating my wordpress as I’m really busy.
Well, this is my final year in my secondary school and I am having my ‘O’ levels. I want to concentrate more on my studies and thus, I am going on an indefinite hiatus.
I will still be updating my wordpress when I have the time. In the mean time, do check out my wordpress once a week as there may be new updates. It all depends on my schedule. It’s been almost a month since I last updated my wordpress. Tho it’s only starting of the year, I’m really busy. Ending school in the evening everyday and doing my hmwk till midnight. How sucky. But success doesn’t come easy isn’t it. Gotta perservere on!
So it’s almost impossible for me to update unless I’m free, like today! Fell sick and stayed at home today. But I did somemore D&T research and now, I’m studying for my geog which kinda fail cause I haven’t use my comp for awhile and it’s distracting me hehe.

I have awesome friends like Anisah, Angela, Dianna, Kezia, Alvin and Sas and I’m going out with them to celebrate my bday tmrw! Bet it’s gna be an awesome day haha! Can’t wait. I’m going shopping keke. Then we’re gna bbq. Pray hard it won’t rain!

On December 21st, the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff, Super Junior’s Hankyung, in the lawsuit he filed against his agency, SM Entertainment.
The Department of Justice stated, “All three contracts – from the January 2003 contract, the altered contract from February 2007, and the affiliated contract from December 2007 – do not exist.”
Hankyung had filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment in December of 2009 claiming, “I cannot maintain an unjust contract.”
Meanwhile, an SM Entertainment representative spoke with MyDaily in the aftermath of the decision and stated, “We cannot accept the result. We will file an immediate appeal to reverse the decision.”

Back to the point now. So Hangeng won the lawsuit against SME but they wna appeal to the high court. SME you should srsly just give up. You can’t even give your artists basic respect so what rights do you have to make them stay? You mistreated them, make them sign slave contracts, make them work like cows and gave them little profits. You think they should stay with you treating them like this?
As an ELF, tho it’s really sad that Hangeng won’t be joining back Suju which means Leeteuk’s wish couldn’t be fulfilled, I’m still happy for Hangeng as he gain his freedom. No more slave contract, no more abuse.

You shouldn’t even mistreat your artists in the first place because you should know there’ll be such an outcome. If you want your artists back, you really need some serious thoughts. Change your attitude and learn from your mistakes for goodness sake. But well, I bet that will never happen after seeing so many artists leave.
So SME, give some serious thoughts to it. Just give up. Don’t act like some morons here. “You won’t let go. But I’m walking out this life. Why can’t you let it go, let it go, let it go, let it go.” – JYJ’s Empty. Don’t their song just suit this scenario right now? Ha! If JYJ wins their lawsuit too, then good luck to you SME. More artists are bound to follow suit!

1) Digital Bonsang – Yesung was never debut as solo singer, so he was disqualified. at the same time, as Suju has already been given Album Bonsang award, so they will not award to Yesung. our question: if this is so, why in the first place, was Yesung nominated?????
2) YEPP popularity award & Asia Popularity award should not have repeated winner. (Terms in GDA main page ONLY stated that Rock & HIPHOP bonsang winners cannot be repeated).
3)Daesang award – as Suju already won Daesang last year, and album sales difference from no 2 (SNSD) is not huge, judges have decided to award SNSD higher votes to win Daesang
We are doing line by line rebuttal:
1) Yesung was not debut as solo singer rebuttal: since when did 2008 Popularity award TaeYeon ever been debut as a solo singer???
2) YEPP popularity award & Asia Popularity award cannot have repeat winner – rebuttal: such terms was never revealed in any of GDA’s official announcement or web? Popularity award has always been based solely on vote ranking, inthis case why is SNSD ranked ahead of SHINee?
3) No repeat winners for Daesang – rebuttal: there were 3 times Daesang winner & 2 time Daesang winners before! furthermore, Suju is ahead of SNSd by 48,000 album, this is consider a small gap????

Yesterday at Golden Disk Award (GDA), F.T. Island won the Cosmopilitan Rock Award and Super Junior congratulate them. Heenim was especially happy for them as you can see from the fancam Heenim went up to hug Jonghun and Hongki. He also did a rock pose with Hongki in front of the camera! It was really a happy day for Prima Donna. :D
Above are the two live performances by our boys yesterday. I srsly think that they should perform longer. They didn’t even sing a full song. They only sang part of the songs for both song. Nevertheless, all Prims still love our Five Treasures as always! FT Island hwaiting! <3
I’m both Prim and ELF and I can’t deny that Super Junior’s performance was the best last night!! Srsly their performance was awesome. I alr screamed like mad just by watching the fancam alone. Imagine me there. I could have scream till I faint or something hehe. :D
Our boys made us proud once again! They’ve won Msn Asian Popularity Award as well as Disk Bonsang! Really a big congratulations to them <3
It was a happy night for Prims last night, but not a very happy night for ELFs. Why? Look at this: “Before entering the military, all I want is for Super Junior to win the Daesang Award ^^” -Leeteuk and Heechul. Because we failed to fulfil Leeteuk’s and Heechul’s wish :( We didn’t get them the biggest award for the night; Disk Daesang, which was our boys’ wish. ELFs were all really moody and sad.
Disk Daesang was presented to SNSD and Super Junior even went forward to congratulate them despite how disappointed they were. It was said that Leeteuk, Heechul, Ryeowook, Sungmin, Donghae, Eunhyuk and Yesung cried last night. Not because they didn’t win Disk Daesang, but because they were really worried that ELFs will be upset.
You know our Ryeowookie did something really sweet. After the award ceremony, ELFs went out and chased after Super Junior shouting “Oppa mianhae!” Our dear Ryeowook took his handphone and typed “Gomawo” and showed ELFs thru the car’s window. How sweet can this be? Which idol in the world will do this for their fans?
ELFs were really really upset. We felt that we let our boys down so we began trending #sorrysuperjunior on twitter last night. Our boys saw us trending on twitter and began apologising to us and thanking us at the same time </3 This made ELFs even sadder.
However, there were some bashing between Sones (SNSD’s fanclub) and ELFs(Super Junior’s fanclub). I saw one admin from SNSD fanclub asking Sones to stop bashing ELFs cause we ELFs didn’t bash Sones. An admin from Super Junior’s fanclub then say “If being sad for SJ mean that we are bashing SNSD, then Sones, u don’t have a heart!” I srsly agree to this sentence. Because your precious girls just simply don’t have to get enlisted into the army! What about our boys? Can’t we even be sad for them?
There were also rumors saying that Super Junior alr knew beforehand that they won’t win Disk Daesang. It was said that before Disk Daesang was presented, Super Junior’s manager went to their table and whispered something to Leeteuk. Leeteuk then pass it down to other members and all member’s expression went blank. It was also said that GDA was unfair because they change their rules without informing us.
